Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
The agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of PracticeCall. By subscribing, you agree to them on behalf of your practice.
Subscription & billing
PracticeCall is billed monthly in advance. Plans are rolling month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. All prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use PracticeCall to send unsolicited marketing, illegal content or messages to recipients who have not consented to be contacted. You're responsible for ensuring contact lists are lawfully obtained.
Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We aren't liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (carriers, hosts) beyond our reasonable control.
Data ownership
All practice and client data remains yours. We process it as your data processor under the terms of our DPA, available on request. You can export your data at any time.
Liability
Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or goodwill.
Termination
Either party may terminate on 30 days' notice. We may suspend service immediately for material breach (e.g. illegal use, non-payment over 30 days).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
