Who we are
PracticeCall is operated by PracticeCall Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We act as the data controller for personal data submitted through this website, and as a data processor for personal data handled on behalf of our customer practices.
What we collect
Through the website: name, email, phone number, practice name and any details you submit through our contact, demo or lead forms. We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the site.
Through the product (on behalf of our customers): inbound caller phone numbers, SMS conversation transcripts, appointment outcomes and any notes added by practice staff.
Why we hold it
To respond to enquiries, deliver the service, send service-related emails, comply with our legal obligations and improve our product.
Lawful basis
Performance of a contract, legitimate interest in operating our business, consent (where explicitly given), and legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Where it lives
All personal data is stored on servers located in the UK and EU. We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, SMS delivery and email delivery; a current list is available on request.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data. Email privacy@practicecall.co.uk to exercise any of these rights — we'll respond within 30 days.
Retention
Website enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Product data is retained for the duration of the customer contract plus 90 days, unless the customer requests earlier deletion.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site and privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Contact
Email privacy@practicecall.co.uk with any questions or to file a complaint. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
